On the occasion of the official launch of the brand new HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system, the Chinese giant has also announced two new smartwatches, the first to be equipped with the new OS. A standard model and a Pro model, both beautiful, complete, and ready for any challenge. Here they are in detail.

With the new wearables of the company, put a concentrate of technology on your wrist, hidden inside a shell made with the highest quality materials. The base for all models is the stainless steel case (316L) and a premium curved glass to protect the display. The latter is a large 1.43 ”AMOLED panel.
The beating heart, from a software point of view, is obviously HarmonyOS . with the integrated App Gallery store, which you can take advantage of thanks to the powerful chip, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. At the hardware level, on the other hand, the new rotating crown that simplifies – alongside the touchscreen and the up and down buttons – exponentially simplifies the user experience. Furthermore, all models support e-SIM: they can work, with your same phone number, even without the smartphone connected.
With over 100 types of supported workouts, the device is ready to become your new personal trainer, but not only. This wearable is an advanced health monitor: in addition to heart rate, oxygen saturation, and the quality of night’s rest, you can also measure body temperature with extreme precision, thanks to a brand new dedicated sensor. Furthermore, always on a health theme, the device detects falls and activates the rescue functions automatically.
Of course, he does not fail to be an unrivaled personal assistant: no matter what you have to do, you can count on him to call, read notifications and manage them, receive reminders, and a lot of other actions, which you can perform thanks to the many tools a layout.
Both models, both the standard and the Pro variant, enjoy exceptional energy autonomy. The Pro edition reaches 5 days in “smart” mode and 21 in “ultra-long” mode. The standard edition instead goes to – respectively – 3 and 14 days.
It is legitimate to ask, at this point, the differences between the two models, in addition to energy autonomy. From the point of view of specifications, the devices do not differ too much from each other, it is mainly the size of the battery and the materials of the strap of some variants that change.
In fact, if the standard edition focuses on fluoroelastomer, leather, and stainless steel, the Pro models use leather and titanium.
