Xiaomi has just announced that it will launch a new smart TV at the beginning of next month: it is the Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition.

The presentation of the new Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition has been set for June 1st and, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the launch will only take place virtually. Unfortunately, the company did not refer to any specifications regarding the upcoming product; however, the new smart TV is likely to be similar to the Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition, launched in September 2020 and available in two sizes, 32-inch and 43-inch.
Both TVs offer more than a 90% screen-to-body ratio and FHS resolution (1920x1080px) under the hood, they also feature an Amlogic Cortex A53 quad-core processor with Mali 450 MP3 GPU coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory. Additionally, they both run Android Pie with the proprietary PatchWall skin. Although the price of the upcoming Mi TV 4A 40 has not emerged in any indiscretion, it is expected to be between 13,499 Indian rupees – about € 155 at the exchange rate – of the 32 ″ Xiaomi Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition and 22,999 rupees – at the exchange rate approximately € 264- of the 43 ″ variants. According to rumors, Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 40 ″ will be available in India starting next September 15th.
