We finally have an official launch date for the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk Limited Edition: it will be presented in China on May 24th.
OnePlus Watch is the first and only smartwatch from the Chinese brand of Pete Lau; was announced alongside the OnePlus 9 series in late March. The wearable device is available in two colorways (Midnight Black, Moonlight Silver), but recently, the company launched a limited edition of cobalt in China. A limited-edition of Harry Potter is also expected to be released. But before the announcement of the latter, the company said it would unveil the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition in its home country on May 24.

OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk Edition: what changes?
We know the existence of the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition since November last year. In a different timeline, this version of the wearable was supposed to debut together with the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition. This is because the smartwatch was in the plans for fall 2020, but something must have gone wrong.
This special edition was thought to have been canceled, but that’s not the case. The Chinese OEM has confirmed to launch the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition in China on May 24th. The wearable device will be available for pre-order starting at 8 pm (local time) on the day of the announcement.
This version of the OnePlus watch will have yellow elements and the “Cyberpunk” branding on the strap. It will also come with the watch faces, theme, and initial animation inspired by the game. In addition to these elements, we expect it to have the exact same feature set as the regular model.

Unfortunately, we don’t know if this special variant will be available in global markets. This is because the OnePlus 8T Cyberpubk 2077 Limited Edition was an exclusive model for China. We’ll see.
