On June 2, the Chinese OEM will unveil the latest version of HarmonyOS , which will be made available for a wide range of Huawei devices in the near future. New information reveals that a new MatePad Pro tablet will also become official during the event.
The teaser released by the brand suggests that its next tablet will be equipped with an M Pen stylus . The company hasn’t shared any information about the tablet’s specifications. Rumors surrounding the tablet claim that it could debut on the market with the MatePad Pro 2 moniker.
Reports revealed that the terminal, which is said to be codenamed Wanger, will hit the Chinese market with 12.2-inch and 12.6-inch screens. The device is likely to be powered by the 5nm Kirin 9000 chipset.
In March the laptop was spotted at the TENAA certification site with HarmonyOS. The tablet should work with the latest version of HarmonyOS 2.0. As for the Huawei Watch 3, it is expected to offer a revamped user interface with HarmonyOS and may come with third-party app support and contactless payment support. Nonetheless, there may be a cellular variant of the device with e-SIM support.
