OPPO Reno 6: just surfaced online?

Last year in June, the Chinese manufacturer unveiled the Reno3 smartphone series. It is speculated that the Chinese manufacturer may launch the Reno6 smartphone series around the same time this year. The new model is rumored to be OPPO’s first phone powered by the Dimensity 1200.

Today, the well-known leakster Digital Chat Station shared the key specs of a mysterious phone with a Dimensity 1200 chip. It looks like the tipster may have spoiled the specs of the upcoming new Reno.

OPPO Reno 6 5G specifications

The leak reveals that the alleged OPPO Reno6 5G could sport a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges and a perforation hole positioned in the upper left corner. The phone is expected to offer an FHD + resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz.

For selfies, the Reno6 5G could feature a 32-megapixel snapper like the Reno5 5G predecessor. The rear panel of the phone could be equipped with a four-camera system with a 64-megapixel main sensor. The informant did not disclose the configurations of the device’s auxiliary cameras. Nonetheless, a 4,500mAh battery is expected, which can support 65W fast charging.

The leak did not release information on the RAM and storage versions. Like the previous model, the terminal will have a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage space.

It is likely that OPPO will launch two more products named Reno6 Pro 5G and Reno6 Pro + 5G along with the standard variant. The Pro model could come with Snapdragon 870, while the Pro + could be a flagship phone driven by the Snapdragon 888 chip.
