The Xiaomi announced the launch of a new version of Mi Power Bank 3. It is the most powerful portable charger of the Chinese brand to date, with a capacity of 30,000mAh. Priced at 169 yuan (approximately US $ 24 and Rs. 1,800), the product will be available from June 18 but is already pre-sold on the Jingdong website.
As Gizmochina points out, the new device is quite similar to the Mi Power Bank 3 power bank launched last year, which stands out for its 50W fast charging. The main difference, in addition to the battery with the lowest capacity of the old one (20,000 mAh), is in the support for the 18W fast-charge present in the 2020 version.

According to Xiaomi, the battery of the Mi Power Bank 3 lasts up to 10 days and can charge up to three devices at once. With its 30,000mAh capacity it is possible to charge a smartphone like the Xiaomi Mi 10 (4,780 mAh) up to 4 ½ times, or a device with a smaller battery, like the new iPhone SE (1,821 mAh), more than 10 times in a row.

The product has two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C ports – all with 18W output – and a MicroUSB, with limited input to 18W. The battery also has a low current mode for small devices (such as smartwatches or Bluetooth headsets, for example) that have problems charging in some power banks.
There is also a separate USB-C port with a maximum input of 24W for charging. If a Xiaomi 30 W fast charger is used, for example, the battery will reach 100% in 7.5 hours.
