To the delight of those who love gears, a few hours ago Xiaomi shared some images of the Redmi K30 Pro “Explorer Edition” with a transparent back.

Xiaomi has released the Explorer Edition in a transparent version of both the Xiaomi Mi 8 2018 and the Xiaomi Mi 9. However, the Chinese company did not do the same with the Xiaomi Mi 10, although some rumors related to the terminal’s alleged Explorer Edition variant leaked in March.
Fortunately, the Chinese giant seems to have the intention of advocating a model with a transparent back of the Redmi K30 Pro. In fact, a Xiaomi official posted yesterday images of the phone in a transparent “Explorer Edition” version.
Daniel D, Xiaomi’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, however, clarified that the transparent Redmi K30 Pro will arrive in a limited edition, so it will not be available for everyone.
The special variant is actually very special and allows you to see the interior and gears of the Redmi K30 Pro.
Let’s imagine that Xiaomi simply replaced the original back cover with a transparent glass panel. The Redmi K30 Pro “Explorer Edition” with the transparent back would be the first-ever Redmi phone to show such a rear.
The fact remains that the smartphone, in its standard version, is quite performing. Supported by the Snapdragon 865 processor, associated with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X55 modem for 5G, MIUI 11 based on Android 10 runs on this device. Water-resistant and with dual SIM, it has a photographic compartment formed by a 64 MP rear sensor Sony IMX686, a 5 MP macro lens, a wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP depth lens. The HDR10 + display is 6.67 inches and the selfie camera has a 20 MP lens.
