Sony has just officially announced its new TWS WF-SP800N earphones. With a long-lasting battery, the headphones are equipped with the active noise canceling function, as well as being resistant to water and dust.
Sony WF-SP800N: price and details
The new earphones presented by Sony a few hours ago promise sparks, especially regarding energy autonomy. Battery life is an area in which the Japanese giant aims to excel and, apparently, with the WF-SP800A it manages to satisfy the most demanding users.
In fact, the headphones offer 9 hours of autonomy, while the practical charging case provides another 9 hours: it is possible, in essence, to have up to 18 hours of listening without noise. With the noise cancellation deactivated, however, the battery lasts even longer: when fully charged, the listening hours are 13, to which are added another 13 hours through the charging case. All in all, the playback hours of these new Sony-branded headphones can go up to 26.
In addition, for those who do not want to waste time, with 10 minutes of charging you can enjoy 60 minutes of
listening, with active noise cancellation. Unfortunately, the Sony WF-SP800N TWS earphones do not enjoy wireless charging, a detail that could make the most pretentious users turn up their noses. However, they are equipped with the Adaptive Sound Control function, which automatically detects what the user is doing and adjusts the settings accordingly.
Adaptive Sound Control is an intelligent function that automatically detects what you are doing, for example running, walking, waiting, or traveling, then adjusts the ambient sound settings according to your environment. You can also customize the settings according to your preferences using Sony | Headphones Connect app: can even learn favorite locations, such as the gym or park.
Available in black, white, blue, and orange, the Sony WF-SP800N is on sale at a price of $ 199 on the company’s official website.
